Abstract (German)
The aim of this project is to work out a roadmap for tackling the acceptance and awareness gap of artificial intelligence (AI) in digitized working environments. We start from use case scenarios in working environments as diverse as maintenance in industrial processes, customer services and software development. The goal is to investigate technological, working and psychological conditions that enable and motivate cooperation between humans and AI systems. We tackle this problem by postulating and designing an enhanced AI methodology that allows us to learn from human interactions in order to improve both the AI system’s generalization and explanatory capabilities.
