Smart Energy against Fuel Poverty (SEAF) is a research project that aims to explore the relevance of urban citizen collectives, which engange in the field of sustainable and efficient energy consumption and production in Vienna. The project focuses on the institutional settings and the conceptual framework of the public sector which provides the basic environment for active consumer engagement to tackle the problem of fuel poverty, access oppurtunities to collective forms of energy consumtion and the possibility to produce own energy.

Smart Energy against Fuel Poverty (SEAF) is a research project that aims to explore the relevance of urban citizen collectives, which engange in the field of sustainable and efficient energy consumption and production in Vienna.
