Abstract (German)
In cooperation with the Austrian Center of Legal Competence (CLC) governance structures and performance data of public sector institutions in Central and Eastern European countries are analyzed within various projects (e.g., for the Worldbank, EU-PHARE Twinning, Austrian Development Agency). Evaluations and analyses focus on a comparative perspective of various governance models and their impact on efficiency and effectiveness as well as recommendations for institution building and public management reform.
