- About me:
- Mia Raynard is an Associate Professor in the Management Department at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. She obtained her Habilitation at WU Vienna and completed degrees from the University of Alberta (PhD), National Sun Yat-Sen University (MBA), and McGill University (B.Com). Her main research interests lie at the intersection of organization theory and change. Examining diverse empirical contexts including emerging economies, family enterprises, CSR and sustainability, and professions, her research agenda aims to understand processes of change, and how organizations and managers experience, interpret, and respond to pressures for change. She has spent several years working and conducting research in Southeast Asia. She serves on the editorial boards of _Administrative Science Quarterly_, _Journal of Management Studies_, _Organization Studies_, and _Family Business Review_. Her work has been published in _Academy of Management Journal_, _Academy of Management Annals_, _Organization Studies_, _Research in the Sociology of Organizations_, _Strategic Organization_, and _Family Business Review_.
