About me:
Mia Raynard is an Assistant Professor in the Management Department at WU Vienna University of Economics and Business. She obtained a PhD degree at the University of Alberta, an MBA degree at the National Sun Yat-Sen University, and a Bachelor’s of Commerce degree at McGill University. Her research investigates longitudinal change processes at the level of institutional fields and organizations. Her current research projects examine diverse settings including corporate social responsibility initiatives in China and Europe, organizations in transition economies, the medical profession in China, higher education in France, and tourism in Europe. She has spent several years working and conducting research in Southeast Asia. She serves on the editorial review boards of _Administrative Science Quarterly_, _Journal of Management Studies_ and _Family Business Review_. Her work has been published in _Academy of Management Journal_, _Academy of Management Annals_, _Organization Studies_, _Research in the Sociology of Organizations_, _Strategic Organization_, and _Family Business Review_.
